Is there a package to install from this website?
Yes, from the release repository: ChronaScheduler-<version>.zip holds the managed solution and the install guide. Releases.
What about Power Apps licensing?
The scheduler runs under the Power Apps licences your app already has. There is no Chrona licence for it. Your app, its data sources and its connections keep their own Microsoft licensing.
