1. Who we are

2. This website
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes your IP address and browser details under Google's privacy policy. We use the reports only to understand how the site is used. Fonts are served from this site. The hosting platform, Microsoft Azure, records standard request logs for operating the service.
3. The free scheduler
Chrona Scheduler runs inside your Power Platform environment and makes no calls outside it. We receive nothing from it.
4. A connected environment
When you connect an environment from the Optimize dialog, we record the environment's identifier and the time of the connection. For each Optimize run we record a pseudonymous copy of the rows in the period, with ids replaced by placeholders and without names, titles, notes or contact details, together with the result, timings and the run's status. We use these to run Optimize, to support you and to account for fair use. Run records are kept for 90 days.
5. A Chrona Portal account
The portal signs you in with your Microsoft Entra ID account. We store your tenant identifier, your user identifier, your name and email address as Entra provides them, your role in the account, the environments you claim, your plan and your usage. We keep these while the account exists.
6. Billing
Stripe processes payments and holds card details, billing address and tax identifiers. We store references to your Stripe customer and subscription and the state of your invoices. Stripe's privacy policy applies to what Stripe holds.
7. Support
We keep email correspondence with you, and messages sent through the contact form, to answer them and to improve the product. The form sends your name, email address, organisation and message to support@chrona365.com through Azure Communication Services. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the sender is a person, using the browser's characteristics and address for that check only. Nothing you type is stored on the website.
8. Who else sees data
Microsoft Azure hosts the Chrona service and this site. Google provides the site analytics. Stripe handles billing. GitHub hosts the public issues and discussions you choose to post. We do not sell data and we do not advertise.
9. Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you or your organisation, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or ask to close a connected environment or an account, by emailing support@chrona365.com. The Australian Privacy Act applies.
