1. Who we are
Chrona is a product of Konfigure8 Pty Ltd, Queensland, Australia ("Konfigure8", "we"). These terms are between Konfigure8 and the organisation that installs Chrona or opens a Chrona Portal account ("you"). Contact: support@chrona365.com.
2. The free scheduler
Chrona Scheduler is a managed solution licensed to you free of charge for use in your Power Platform environments. It needs no Chrona account and runs under the Microsoft licences your app already has. You may install it in any number of environments and remove it at any time. It is provided as is.
3. Connected environments and Optimize
Connecting an environment from the Optimize dialog links it to the Chrona service. A connected environment receives a free daily allowance of completed optimizations, three a day at the date of this draft, within fair use. Fair use means normal planning activity. Sustained automated solving well beyond normal planning may be rate-limited. We may change the allowance with notice on the pricing page.
4. Paid solutions
Chrona Workforce Scheduler is licensed by monthly subscription. The subscription price and the number of scheduled people it includes are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Above the included number, graduated per-person pricing applies, shown before checkout. Optimization is unlimited within fair use and is never charged. Payment is taken by Stripe, upfront for the subscription period. The per-person charge for a completed period appears on the next invoice. Published prices are in Australian dollars; the currency of a subscription is fixed when it is created.
5. What counts
A billed scheduled resource is a distinct Dataverse record, bound to the resource axis of your scheduler configuration, holding at least one assignment in a roster you kept. Billed scheduled resources for a billing period is the number of distinct such records holding at least one assignment in a kept roster for a scheduling day inside that period, each counted at most once per period.
Publishing is the billable act. Drafts, discarded plans, comparison scenarios, candidate pools, unavailable staff and records present only as rule input never count. Only production-claimed environments count; sandbox and development environments do not. A day settles when it ends in your scheduling time zone. Corrections to settled days are made through a support-reviewed adjustment recorded against your account.
6. Availability
The scheduler, manual rostering, editing and publishing never depend on the Chrona service being reachable. Optimize and Generate pause while it is unreachable. We do not lock or withhold your data at any time.
7. Failed payment
A grace period keeps everything working with a warning. After the grace period, Optimize and Generate pause until payment is made. Viewing, manual rostering, editing and publishing continue. Payment restores Optimize and Generate at the next entitlement refresh, within the hour.
8. Enforcement
Paid features are enabled from an entitlement session the Chrona service issues to your environment. The scenario solution is licensed on the basis that its ChronaCore plugin step runs. Deactivating that step or removing the package while continuing to use the solution is a breach of these terms.
9. Your data
Your data is yours. We process only what the Optimize dialog shows a run sends, as described in theprivacy notice. We claim no rights over your records.
10. Our software
Chrona, its packages, service and documentation belong to Konfigure8. You may use them under these terms. You may not resell them, remove their notices, or reverse engineer them beyond what the law allows.
11. Changes
Price changes apply at the next renewal after notice. Changes to these terms are published on this page with their date. Continued use after the date is acceptance of the change.
12. Warranties and liability
The free scheduler is provided as is. For paid solutions, to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
